Just a little note to say a big Thank You to Colin and Janice for helping me to choose the right Memorial Stone to place on my dad's graveside ,it was perfect . It was sent first class and I received it next day, it was really packaged to keep it safe and it was just what I had been looking for and I would highly recommend the Memorial Stones sold at Flowers etc as a perfect memorial gift. I would just like to leave a little note to say how fantastic Flowers etc were as my chosen florist for our wedding day. Colin and Janice were so friendly, patient and calm which made choosing our flowers really fun and stress free. Janice had the same eye for detail I have and it was great to have their extensive knowledge of flowers to create the perfect bouquet.My mum and I will miss our visits to the shop, adding final touches etc and we wish them every success in the future! We can't thank you enough and would definitely recommend you to others. (I'll be dropping huge hints to my hubby on where to get my anniversary flowers from next year!) Hannah

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, thank you very much! I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a Saturday, and Janice was very helpful on the phone when it came to making my selection. On the delivery day the person I was sending them to was out at the time and Colin went to great lengths to ensure that they were delivered (including staying on late) and kept me up to date by telephone throughout. Couldn't ask for better service and friendlier people, I would certainly recommend you to everyone!

Excellent flowers and service. I ordered flowers late on Saturday afternoon for my sister in law's birthday and asked if there was any chance they could be delivered the same day and they were! Colin went out of his way to make sure they were delivered that evening. I was so impressed by this especially considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon and also the day before Mother's Day. My sister in law phoned me to say that the flowers had arrived and she was delighted with them, they were beautiful. Thank you very much Colin. I will certainly use your shop again and recommend you to others.

Ordered flowers at the busiest time of the year, this lady was so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble..flowers delivered when all the other shops on the high street said they were too busy, and the most important thing was cheapest and best value for money..thank you so much for your help 10/10 Brenda.
